Como os aspectos curriculares em EAD têm atendido às competências exigidas no mercado de trabalho: um levantamento de dados

Abstract

This research aimed to investigate studies that correlate the curricula of distance education mode to the needs of the labor market in order to facilitate business development through knowledge management. This study aimed to observe the correspondence between the curricula of distance education and care of professional skills required by the labor market. The methodology was a bibliographical study that used the Scielo acquis (Scientific Electronic Library Online), to collect important items for this study. We analyzed 319 articles published between the years 1999-2015, which, in sequence, were separated according to the interests of research. With reference keywords related to certain objectives in the study were selected 39 articles for detailed analysis. A secondary analysis of data collected and the analysis of content, to reduce less relevant passages and paraphrases was held. It was ascertained that the subject in question is understudied in distance education area and its impact on the development of a regional parameter has not been implemented yet.
