Abstract

the study aimed to prepare a list of the competencies of the Arabic language teacher for non- native speakers, also to know the methods of measuring the practice of the Arabic language teacher for non-native speakers of competencies, and to present a proposed conception of the competencies of the Arabic language teacher for non-native speakers and the methods of measuring them.
