Abstract

To reflect the status of project assignments the use of a workflow visualization tool is performed. For international projects with participation of multiple research contingents the specialized Odoo program package has been used.Assignment board for the fulfillment of a joint project for development of a air cleaning devices for industry systems of ventilation has been shown as an example.Using an integrated project operation platform minimizes backlog approval time. Performance on the project by contingents in different parts of the world is without delay, which makes the implementation of such projects competitive in the international market of research services.
