The power loss of MOSFET checked and the power loss with three level PWM is expected to lower loss. The dead-time is controlled for generating three level voltage. Abstract
This paper proposes a new switching method to increase the efficiency in Dual Active Bridge converter (DAB). Two level PWM is general method but the efficiency is lower than three level PWM.
