Although the pipe-robot system was just developed and the application of it in engineering is only the piping installation of pipe-robot system at the dam construction stage, on the basis of modeling test with 1:1 scale and comparative analysis of results, the feasibility and applicability of the utilization of the pipe-robot technique for measuring the inner deformation of the high concrete faced rockfill dam were tested and verified. Abstract

利用管道机器人监测系统测量高面板堆石坝内部变形的方法
目前,中国面板堆石坝的设计理论和施工技术已达到世界先进水平。但传统的测量方法已不适用于300 m以上高面板堆石坝的安全监测。在总结高面板堆石坝内部变形测量方法的基本技术要求和关键技术设计的基础上,研制了可在1000 m长度的管道中测量大坝内部变形的管道机器人监测系统。误差控制分析表明,单测点或所有测点的测量误差均能满足测量精度要求。虽然管道机器人系统刚刚发展起来,在工程上的应用也仅仅是大坝施工阶段管道机器人系统的管道安装,但在1:1比例尺建模试验和结果对比分析的基础上,验证了利用管道机器人技术测量高面板堆石坝内部变形的可行性和适用性。本文介绍了管道机器人系统,并对模型试验数据进行了分析,提出了一种不同于传统的CFRD内部变形测量方法的新的监测技术和新的设计理念。
