Personal Hygiene Genetalia Relationship With Leucorrhoea Event On Aliyah Student of Ulul Albab Islamic Boarding School

Abstract

Leucorrhoea is a discharge other than the blood from the vaginal opening out of habit, whether odorless or not, accompanied by local itching. The cause of vaginal discharge can be normal (physiological) which is influenced by certain hormones. Liquid is white, odorless, and if carried out laboratory tests do not show any abnormalities. This study aims to determine the relationship between personal hygiene genetalia with the incidence of vaginal discharge on students Aliyah Ulul Albab Islamic Boarding School Koto Baru Kabupaten Dharmasraya. This study uses an analytical survey method and uses cross sectional. The sampling method in this study uses a total sampling of 44 respondents. Obtained the results of the study using ujichi square obtained p-value = 0.034 <0.05. There is a meaningful relationship between personal hygiene genetalia and the incidence of vaginal discharge.
