Abstract
The article is devoted to the research and development of the reference architectural of the Internet of Things model (hereinafter IoT) with a description of the main components that will allow the integration of heterogeneous IoT technologies into a single interconnected architecture. A prototype layout was developed to demonstrate the state of the environmental conditions, monitor and control actuators. The IoT object has the ability to dynamically change its topology and /or operating parameters in accordance with the requirements of a particular user, when it is necessary within the framework of the current service policy, optimization of network bandwidth or other indicators. Therefore, in practice, the cognitive things on the Internet will be able to dynamically and autonomously adjust their working parameters and protocols in accordance with the knowledge gained to achieve predetermined goals, in particular, to select the most appropriate radio transmission technology.
