The results show that the load characteristic values of the tube-bar truss reinforced slabs are significantly improved and have greater initial stiffness and resistance to deformation than the steel bar truss reinforced slab. When the specimen is damaged, the grout-filled steel tube does not undergo out-of-plane buckling and in-plane uplift. Abstract

The cost of prefabricated concrete buildings in China is higher than that of cast-in-place buildings. It has been pointed out that the requirement of Chinese prudent technical standards has led to high costs. It is highly unlikely to change the standards. However, we need to reexamine and improve the precast components used in the prefabricated buildings for cost-effectiveness.
