Current competence development evaluation system for early childhood education teachers in Korea was reviewed and suggested the tasks of evaluation for the future. This research offers ways in which teacher evaluation for competence development could be used as a tool of professional development for early childhood teachers in the future. Abstract
The purpose of this study is to explore the present status and establish tasks of early childhood teacher’s competence development in South Korea.
