Abstract

The development of smart specialization in the economy, the establishment of the sustainable urban development principles, eco-transport and alternative energy usage, the introduction of innovative technologies in the formation of eco-transport infrastructure lead to the transformation of marketing activities of energy service companies in the direction of increasing the role of responsible energy resources consumption. In the view of it, this article is devoted to the study of the digital marketing communications technologies implementation, such as smart grids, by energy service companies, into the cyclic management system of urban transport infrastructure. The diversification of vehicles in cities running on alternative fuels is highlighted. The prerequisites for the application of the smart approach to the development in cyclic management of urban transport infrastructure are considered. A marketing communication model between users of eco-transport and energy service companies has been developed, which will help to increase the eco-transport demand and reduce the anthropogenic impact on the environment.
