It can be controlled and monitored by any other PC (Host) via TCP/IP with a COM application installed, specifically created with VISUAL BASIC. The hardware and software unity creates a power quality analyzer called QUAME (QUAlity MEter). Abstract

This paper proposes a new method with a new platform for the measurement of the electric power quantities defined in the IEEE Standard 1459-2000 for single-phase, three-phase three-wire and three-phase four-wire power systems.
