The second is a comprehensive and systematic demonstration of the necessity, feasibility, risk, performance, overall plan, key technology, combat effectiveness, system contribution rate, quality, standardization, and test identification of the development of power generation technology and equipment models. The third is to provide decision support for the serial development and engineering application of power generation technology and equipment.
