Abstract

This article focuses on comparing evaluation methods in the system for evaluating competencies. The proposed evaluation methods use two main types of expert systems to evaluate job applicants' suitability and competencies. The main characteristics of the proposed methods are described. The article also describes a dataset which contains data and competencies of selected job applicants. The data of job applicants is loaded into the system for evaluating competencies. Next, the proposed evaluation methods are verified and the results are described.
