WHAT IS THE TIME?

Abstract

До сих пор не существует чёткого понятия что такое - Время. Многочисленные попытки дать это определение только путают и усложняют представление о нём. В статье, на основании трёх базовых принципов, формулируется понятие Времени. There is still no clear concept of what Time is. Numerous attempts to give this definition only confuse and complicate the idea of it. In the article, on the basis of three basic principles, the concept of Time is formulated.
