The lack of knowledge of Arowana fish farmers about the types of diseases in Arowana fish and how to control them is an obstacle in Arowana fish cultivation. In this case, the expert system can be used to diagnose diseases in Arowana fish. An expert system is a system that takes human knowledge, namely experts or experts, and combines it with computers in solving a problem. To make it easier for Arowana fish farmers to diagnose Arowana fish disease, the Certainty Factor method is used in an expert system. This method shows a measure of certainty or uncertainty about a fact or rule. The purpose of this study is to be able to provide diagnostic results and can provide solutions to disease problems in fish. This system is designed so that cultivators who will start cultivating can find out the health condition of Arowana fish. Based on the calculation of this expert system, the maximum CF value is 0.6 or 60% with itching.
