This study uses two research variables: (1) independent variables: mineral water and green coconut water (2) dependent variables: recovery pulse (5 th , 7 th , 9 th minutes). The research data analysis technique was independent t-sample test. The test was carried out at a significant level of p = 0.05. Statistical test results from the t-sample show that there is a difference in recovery pulse at the 5th minute (p = 0.002), recovery pulse at the 7th minute (p = 0,000), recovery pulse at the 9th minute (p = 0.001).
