Our aim is to evaluate the quality of life after laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy, in view of their health, social, and psychological well-being. Methods: This study is carried out at Paky Hospital between 01.09.2019 and 31.03.202. We recorded the body mass index, physical examination, and medical history of 50 patients before sleeve gastrectomy with assessing the quality of life after sleeve gastrectomy through a special questionnaire where it is included with core symptoms, physical, psychological, social, operation-specific items, and medical updates. Results: More than three-quarters of the patients (90%) became happier with the results after the surgery, (86%) of them became more able to do their daily activities and to cope with stress. 50% of the sample had poor sleep quality, this rate decreased to 26% after the surgery. Out of 50 Patients, 10 of them had cardiovascular disease and 9 of them had diabetes, while after the operation it decreased to 2 and 3 respectively.
