The present study focus on impact of work life balance on performance of software employees of Karnataka, a sample of 200 employees have been chosen randomly for the study. The online survey using a structured questionnaire has been conducted to collect the required data from the respondents. A pilot study was made before finalizing the questionnaire and made the required changes to the questionnaire. Abstract
