Abstract

This paper deals with the design of an integrated active filter for M-sequence UWB radars compliant with ECC frequency band for UWB devices. The main goals of the design are low-cost ASIC technology, minimized chip area occupation and low power consumption. For the design based on a simple unconventional negative feedback approach, the schematic and layout design phases are described.
