Abstract

With the incertitude of the network-induced time-delay and data packet losses in networked control systems(NCS), the performance of control systems would degrade, even destabilize. In this paper, a new design of controller is presented, here the controller uses event and time driving, and state observer is designed for estimating the states and compensation for time delay and dropout.
