Kegiatan Parenting Pola Asuh Orang Tua Untuk Meningkatkan Kemandirian Anak Di Pos Paud Mawar

Abstract

Everyone wants their child to be an independent person in doing everything. However, this old man's wish cannot always be fulfilled easily. The parenting pattern that has been applied so far greatly influences the development of early childhood independence. The purpose of this service is to increase the understanding of parents or guardians of students in applying parenting in accordance with the stage of child development so that an attitude of independence in early childhood appears. The method applied during community service activities starts from preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The results of community service are increased ability to understand the importance of parenting in improving children's independence and problem solving skills with components of service material, the achievement of the number of activity participants, discussion and question and answer sessions, reflection of activity participants, and the achievement of participants in understanding the service material. With this parenting, it is hoped that parents have a parenting pattern that is in accordance with the child's developmental stage and the child can develop an attitude of independence
