Descriptive statistics were used to explore the data. T-test, ANOVA and the structural equation modeling (SEM) were performed to examines associations. Results: The average of talent management, staffs’ empowerment and human resource productivity of the employees were medium to desire levels. As a result, there was regression between the components of three variables studied. Also, the regression between each variable and its components were confirmed.
