To increase the efficiency and effectiveness of SS processing, a technological process of recording-processing-analysis of signals in conditions of an increased level of interference and free motor activity of a person is proposed. It is proposed to use the Hilbert-Huang theory (HHT) as the basis of signal processing technology. The article analyzes the known theory and reveals its advantages and disadvantages.
