Abstract

The authors examined the features of the use of telemedicine imaging in special conditions in order to determine the potential ways to increase its effectiveness as part of modern medical information and analytical systems for emergency situations.The problem area was identified and the main directions for improving these systems based on the mathematical program analysis of the processing and presentation of medical image information were outlined.
