Abstract

Lithium-ion battery energy storage (LiBES) in grid is becoming more important for China’s energy revolution. Based on the study on fire development characteristics of LiBES, there are several key parameters on fire extinguishing device components yet to be verified before the development of efficient and reliable fire extinguishing devices in LiBES. to ensure the safe operation of the energy storage system.
