Enterprise System for an Optical Clinic in the Philippines

Abstract

The study aims to develop an Enterprise System to enhance the business processes of an Optical Clinic in the Philippines as well as to set up its online presence, paving way for numerous e-commerce opportunities. FURPS testing was used following system development which helped acquire the level of agreement and disagreement of users based on the system's functionality, usability, reliability, performance, and supportability. The analysis of the results arrived at the conclusion that the study was a success.
