CONCEPTUAL DIRECTIONS OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE RESOURCE SUPPORT OF THE EURASIAN AGRICULTURAL TECHNOLOGY PLATFORM

Abstract

resource support for the activities of the Eurasian agricultural technology platform (hereinafter, the EATP) is a complex process of mobilization, accumulation, allocation of resources, as well as the implementation of planning, control, monitoring and other procedures aimed at effi-cient and rational use of resources and risk reduction in its activities. On the one hand, the directions of resource support of the organization's activities are deter-mined by the financial, human, material and other resources it has today, and on the other – intellec-tual resources and innovations that it intends to introduce in the future, as well as opportunities to attract sources of investment. The level of resource provision determines the degree of development of any economic entity (organization) and the effectiveness of its functioning. To date, the EATP has not fully earned, and one of the reasons is the low level of develop-ment of individual components of its resource support, which determines the relevance of this study. Thus, the aim of the study is to determine the conceptual directions of development of the re-source support of the Eurasian agricultural technology platform. According to the results of the study: the author's definition of the resource support of the EATP; presents a scheme that reflects the constituent elements of the resource support of the EATP; presents the directions of the resource support of the EATP and gives suggestions for their im-provement.
