This paper mainly focuses on control of the inverter with an objective of extracting the maximum power from the solar panel. A fractional order proportional integral controller is proposed to control the inverter in this work. Abstract
The grid-connected solar panel is a distributed power generation device which is connected through an inverter that converts DC power from photovoltaic array to AC power.
