The population in this study were all employees of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Bengkulu collected as many as 50 people and sampling using the total sampling method. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the regression equation form Y = 6.784 + 0.1,080 (X_1) + 0.319 (X2) + 0.482 (X3) . Abstract

This study entitled The Effect of Compensation, Work Ability and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Bengkulu.
