To this end, the Sendai Framework for Action for 2015-2030 was discussed, including the development of risk management mechanisms for natural and man-made, small and large, frequent and rare, immediate and slowly developing disasters at all levels (global, regional, national and local) and in all areas. A list of hazards approved by the WMO Technical Group was reviewed, the names and definitions of which were agreed by its participating countries. In the existing list, 302 threats are classified by types of threats, conditions of occurrence, type of events and main consequences, grouped into eight classes and presented in the table. The names of the threats in the list are standardized, which makes it possible to compare regional and global threats.
