As a result, the STEM education triangle has been updated with the STEM platform. The number of available STEM platforms is still limited. The STEM platforms are mostly the combination of educational content and learning data analytics. The study contributes to the finding that the STEM platforms have some similarities as well as differences. The new research questions were formulated. The research limitations were identified. Abstract

Transition of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) education to online format accelerated the development of STEM platforms. However, the educational research on STEM platforms is emerging.
