ISDN applications deployment via prototyping

Abstract

New ISDN automatic call distributor features have been demonstrated via a prototyping approach. The author demonstrates how a prototype can be used to uncover technical issues and identify an unfamiliar application. She shows how it gives an early evaluation of the practicality of the system/design and, hence, an evaluation of some business decision operations.<>
