Model of practice-oriented dual university education

Abstract

Several issues of target training with practice-oriented dual educational model, integration of methodological, infrastructural, research and technological resources of employer-university are discussed. The university–hi-tech employer partnership model has been tried and tested within the collaboration between MEPHI National Research Nuclear University and Dukhov Automatics Research Institute. The targeted training for corporations is oriented toward mastering general professional knowledge and skills and the narrower specialized practice-oriented competences.
