Data was collected through questionnaires with a sample of 100 respondents who are employees of the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia, Directorate General of Metal, Machinery, Transportation Equipment, and Electronics (ILMATE) Industries. The technique used to analyze the research data is by using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of calculations and analysis of existing research data, it shows that. Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership and work environment on employee job satisfaction.
