Study on the Cultivation Method of Innovative Talents in Colleges and Universities

The method of training innovative talents is studied.Innovation is the impetus for the development of the scientific.Education is not only the process of teaching and managing, it should also be discovering, developing and strengthening students' potentials, and cultivating students' creative ability.The colleges and universities must improve the teaching methods and reform the traditionals. Also the students should be given loose educational system and management environment. At last, every college teachers should give the comprehensive ability to students.
