Abstract

A flexible dual-band antenna for wireless local area network (WLAN)/ worldwide interoperability for microwave access (Wi-MAX)/the 5th generation mobile communication network (5G)/the satellite communication system applications is proposed. The antenna is constructed on the liquid crystal polymer (LCP) substrate with a thickness of 0.1 mm and consists of a ring-shaped radiation patch and a circular patch to achieve a dual-band performance.
