Abstract

This paper introduces a method of forming up the cross sectional velocity profile of horizontal two-phase flow by adopting a dual-plane Electrical Resistance Tomography (ERT) system and cross correlation method. The preliminary results are presented with numerical simulations, where a pixel-like mesh is used to segment the cross section of the measuring field.
