In combining rational aspects of theories and practices about teaching materials evaluation both at home and abroad with the features of English Audio-visual and Speaking course, this paper attempts to construct an evaluative framework on English Audio-visual and Speaking Teaching Material from three perspectives: macro evaluation, microevaluation, and users' evaluation. Followed by a detailed analysis of the criteria in applying this framework, it hopes that the ideas presented in this paper may trigger more focused researches on the evaluation of English Audio-visual and Speaking teaching materials. Abstract

English teaching materials compilation has been developed rapidly at present China, yet the evaluation of teaching materials lags far behind. In combining rational aspects of theories and practices about teaching materials evaluation both at home and abroad with the features of English Audio-visual and Speaking course, this paper attempts to construct an evaluative framework on English Audio-visual and Speaking Teaching Material from three perspectives: macro evaluation, microevaluation, and users' evaluation. 目前中国的英语教材编写发展迅速,但对教材的评价却十分滞后。本文结合国内外教材评价理论和实践的合理方面,结合英语视听说课程的特点,尝试从宏观评价、微观评价和使用者评价三个方面构建英语视听说教材评价框架。然后详细分析了应用该框架的标准,希望本文提出的观点能够引发更多关于英语视听口语教材评价的研究。关键词:视听说教材评价;英语视听说课程;评价框架构建
