Abstract
The coupling of photonic crystal (PC) cavity is studied. Finite-difference-time-domain simulation and experimental measurement exhibit that cavity quality factor which is strongly dependent on the coupling strength of TM130 PC cavity mode, is determined by the position of coupling hole.
