Abstract
In this research, we used electrophysiology method, which is tetanic tension and twitch tension to examine the peripheral motor nerve regeneration after using "pre-degenerated" nerve graft. At the same time, we compared the histology of the regenerated nerve. We found that the recovered muscle's tetanic tension and twitch tension were very sensitive. The results of the electrophysiology correlated used with the results of histology. We concluded that the tetanic tension and twitch tension accurately expressed the motor nerve regeneration.
