Abstract
Worldwide concerns about the impacts of climate change and in line with the international agreements reached in Rio to Paris, a new generation of experts, scientists and citizens have begun to look for rational solutions that can be implemented by local and national governments and international institutions. We are facing an abundance of possible solutions, both technological and scientific. The problem is that, in implementing the new actions, they encourage the most powerful minorities in the world, which have created the problems under the model of consumer and wild capitalism, while those with the least resources are still the victims, suffering the consequences of climate change. This situation has been called an issue of environmental justice.
