Abstract

This paper explores the influence of new experts employment on scientific research performance in universities, through bibliometric software analysis based on the literature data from 1980 to 2018. With the diversified development of literature research, this paper mainly conduct study on research performance in universities from two aspects, the individual characteristics of talent and the environment of new expert employment. The paper concluded that, from the perspective of crowd intelligence improvement, the individual characteristics of talent and the environment of new expert employment have direct effects on research team performance, and morality, discipline, academic resources, material factors, institutional factors, and mental factors have indirect effects on research team performance.
群体智能提升:以新专家就业与研究团队绩效为例
