Abstract
Our new mathematical model of the electromechanical coupling in human ventricular cardiomyocytes combines human-specific O'Hara-Rudy electrophysiological model and a sub-model of myocardium mechanics and its calcium activation adopted from our developed earlier Ekaterinburg-Oxford model.
