With the tradeoff between the idle ratio and reliability of the candidate route, this paper researches a dynamic RWA algorithm for optical networks by introducing a factor of RWA dynamic weight to reach high demands of transmit speed and transmit quality. With the comprehensive consideration of the routing factors, i.e., idle ratio and reliability. Abstract
