Dependence of Wages on the Duration of Training and Length of Service in the Russian Economy Sectors

Abstract

The paper studies an influence of such characteristics of human capital as the duration of training and length of service on wages of workers in the Russian economy sectors. It is shown that in 2016, industries whose development under current conditions greatly depends on the human capital of the highest level as a rule do not attract specialists as the accumulation of human capital leads to a fairly low wage growth.
