With HTTP streaming, it is possible to provide a weak quality of service (QoS), but a better quality of experience (QoE), because HTTP offers a stable meaning of transportation. In this paper, a comprehensive survey on the use of Machine learning (ML) for predicate QoE for user progress of this research area.
