Economic and legal aspects of management of innovations in the EU and the CIS

Abstract

In article the characteristic of the main tendencies and directions of realization of management of innovations in advanced industrial EU countries (Great Britain, Germany, Austria) and Japan is given. The strategy of management of innovations in the CIS countries in the system of the Euroasian integration are formulated. The concept of innovative industrial policy of the CIS countries and the Eurasian Economic Union in modern conditions of development of world economy and international law is offered.
