In this paper, a model of rain streak removal was proposed using sparse coding. First the regularization terms of the rain streak removal are defined. Then, a suitable dictionary of sub- dictionary with respect to specific patch of input rainy image are prepared. Finally, the Sparse code is applied on the patches of input image individually. Abstract
