Developing land system for processing targeted information received from flying apparatus

Abstract

The article is dedicated to the problem of choosing hardware and developing software for Land System intended for accumulating and processing information about the objects of energetics received from various probing means. It is also dedicated to realization of methods of comparing the images of the objects taken at different times and providing a possibility of information exchange.
