El comitativo en la Península Ibérica

espanolEl comitativo representa un caso particular en las lenguas romances de la Peninsula Iberica. Excepto en catalan, las demas variedades disponen de una forma redundante formada por la evolucion de la estrategia de posposicion latina mas la adicion de la preposicion con. Sin embargo, son algunos autores los que hablan de una tendencia o, al menos, una realidad dialectal que favorece formas de sujeto o de pronombre tonico de objeto en personas en las que, normativamente, no son posibles. Con el fin de averiguar la casuistica vernacula a este respecto, este articulo pretende dar cuenta de todas las posibilidades de comitativo en las lenguas romances de la Peninsula Iberica y de que factores depende la eleccion de una u otra estrategia. EnglishThe comitative represents a particular case in the Romance languages of the Iberian Peninsula. Except in Catalan, the other varieties have a redundant form formed by the evolution of the Latin postposition strategy plus the addition of the preposition con (‘with’). However, some authors point out a tendency or, at least, a dialect reality that favours subject forms or stressed object forms in persons where normatively they are not possible. In order to find out the vernacular responses to this respect, this paper attempts to account for all the possibilities of the comitative in the Romance languages of the Iberian Peninsula as well as the factors upon which the selection of either strategy depends.
